All items within our shop that are available to 'Pre-order' are items that are not held in-stock and are handmade to order. All items showing as 'Pre-order' in the MAIRIDH shop listings are currently taking around 3 weeks to dispatch and deliver in the UK. If you can't wait this long please get in touch to discuss express delivery options or other alternative items we have 'in-stock' and available for a speedier dispatch.

Please note that EU and International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable) and we do not currently cover this cost. The thresholds and the amounts charged may vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. 


MAIRIDH Gift Cards are available to purchase online. When purchasing a eGift Card online you can choose to send the eGift Card to your own email or whether to send the eGift Card directly to the gift recipient. You also get the option to select the date you would like the gift recipient to receive the eGift Card via the order page.


If you would prefer to send someone a physical copy of the Gift Card along with our MAIRIDH branded packaging please get in touch to request delivery of this (additional fees may apply). We have two types of physical gift cards available - a generic one or a workshop experience specific one. Please let us know your preferences at the time of order.

eGift Cards can also be used in part or full to pay for our MAIRIDH Workshop Experiences. For further information on workshop availability please visit our workshop pages or get in touch for more information.

If for any reason you would like a refund on any of our standard shop listings please return the item to us (in an unworn condition and in its original packaging) within 21 days. Please note that if you have requested any alterations to be made to our standard listings or asked us to design a custom-made piece these items are non-returnable. If, however, you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us so we can help put things right.

The quality of our items is very important to us and our fine jewellery is made to last. Please contact us if you experience any problems and we will do our best to help you. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for jewellery that has been exposed to significant force or excessive wear and tear.


Silver and gold jewellery can be easily cleaned using a mild washing up detergent such as fairy liquid. Precious metals must be thoroughly dried following cleaning using a non-scratch/microfibre jewellery polishing cloth.


It is widely accepted that silver and gold jewellery may tarnish if exposed to some of the following environments (salty air, humidity, perspiration) and chemicals (chlorine, sulphur, cosmetics, household bleach, other strong chemicals). Tarnishing may also occur if stored and not worn for significant periods. For best results avoid exposure (or clean and dry thoroughly after exposure) to the above environments. Always store in a dry and safe place. If tarnishing does occur to your MAIRIDH jewellery please contact us to discuss our professional jewellery cleaning services (additional fees may apply for these services).


We try our best to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and reflective of the jewellery you will receive. However, as all our items are handmade there may be some differences in appearance between the shop listings and your final piece.

Customers may opt to subscribe to our mailing list. Personal information submitted to subscribe to our mailing list is optional. All customers have the right to request removal of any personal information at any time.
